What's new
- Improved Navigation: We’ve also made several navigation improvements to help access commonly used areas more quickly. Frequently used pages are now available directly from the main navigation bar and from navigation menus within the Family and Provider accounts. This makes moving from section to section easier with fewer clicks.

Family and Provider Navigation
- Simplified ELS History: Coordinators can now update a participant’s ELS directly within the scheduler, eliminating the need to exit the scheduler and navigate to the separate ELS History page when the ELS is incorrect or blank. In addition, the previous start and end date fields for ELS coverage have been replaced with a simpler status:
- Active (Visiting)
- Inactive (Not Visiting)
- Improved Report Section: We've updated each report with clearer descriptions to help users know exactly which data are included. We also simplified how the reports are listed by collapsing the type of download into one line.
- Updated Fields in Site Certification: Under the Site Certification section on the Site page, we updated the fields to better track the site's site certification status, when they are due for their next site certification, and which year cohort they will be participating in. Note: this is only applicable for national center administrators.
- Updated Fields in Agency Contact: Under the Agency Contact section on the Site page, we updated the fields to allow for easier data entry, including simplifying the phone number and adding email address.
- Updated Fields in Agency: Under the Agency section on the Site page, we updated the fields to allow for easier data entry, including simplifying the address and phone number, and adding a status.
- Added Alt. Id for Child (Family): When adding a new family, users have the option to add an alternative (alt.) ID from a different data system to easily join data from both systems when needed.
- Removed Month Interval in ASQ:SE-2 (Family): We have removed the 12-month month interval in the dropdown for ASQ:SE-2. This is to better align with our age at enrollment guidelines.
- Removed Parent Survey (HBCC): We have removed the Parent Survey to align with our data collection protocol. Users will still be able to view previously entered surveys.
- Removed Visit Record (Family): We have removed the Visit Record to align with our data collection protocol. The Reflection Record is still available. Users will still be able to view previously entered records.
