What's new
Updated CCIS form (HBCC): The new CCIS form replaces the previous version that required manual entry of item scores. The updated form allows users to:
- Save their progress without losing data
- Includes all items and sub-items in one place
- Guides scoring with prompts to continue if a higher score is possible
- Includes a review section so users can verify scores before saving

Bug's fixed
Agency contact section improvements: The agency contact section has been updated to include phone number and email fields, making it easier to add a site's finance manager or associate to agency contacts.
