After submitting KEEP, you'll have an annual check-in with your State Director or liaison to discuss your reflections and set goals based on your program data. Coordinators will receive metric insights from the national center, feedback on materials submitted, and other key program indicators before this check-in.
This meeting is a space for reflection, learning, and shared action to strengthen our program implementation. Together we will:
- Review the dashboard: Look at program and participant data to understand patterns, successes, and areas for improvement
- Reflect on community context and strengths: Discuss what's working well, where variation exists, and how local context shapes your program implementation
- Clarify and confirm quality improvement priorities: Review how current data aligns with our shared priorities, discuss them together, and identify 1-2 actionable goals to move those priorities forward.
The aim is to create a shared understanding of progress and next steps. It turns data and feedback from the National Center into site goals that support a collective improvement process.
