What's new
- Ongoing feedback survey: Under Help, users will see an option for "Share an Idea." This will take you to a feedback survey that users can fill out anytime they want to share feedback. The survey is available in English and Spanish.
- Update to address requirements: In response to local site feedback, we have updated the requirements for the family and child care provider's addresses only to include Address type, Country, State, Postal Code, and County. Note that address lines 1, 2, 3, City, and other geographical designations are still available but are optional.
- Definition for children in care (HBCC): A definition has been added to question 23 of the Provider Information form. Please contact Vidya Ragoo at vragoo@parentchildplus.org if you have any questions about the definition.
- CIS no longer available (HBCC): The CIS is no longer available for data entry. Please contact Vidya Ragoo at vragoo@parentchildplus.org if you have any questions.
Bugs fixed
- County not saving (HBCC): The county name was not saving in the Provider Information form. This has been fixed.
- Duplicate assessment names (Family): ASQ-3, ASQ:SE-2, and PIEL were appearing duplicated in the Form list, confusing users. This has been fixed.
- Question removed from Provider Survey (HBCC): The question "# of books for children" has been removed from the Provider Survey.
- Inactive staff on the staff list: A bug was preventing site coordinators from viewing inactive staff on the staff list. This has been fixed so site coordinators have access to all staff, regardless of status.
