For practitioners who use ASQ Online, we suggest adding the DAISY Child ID to the child profile on ASQ Online. This will simplify data sharing when it comes time to share CVS files from ASQ Online with the national center. Also, by doing this, you will not have to share identifiable information (name and date of birth) in the CSV file.
Follow these steps:
- On the home screen, select Child Profiles.
- Use the filters to search for the child profile you would like to add the DAISY Child ID. Once you locate the child profile, click on the child's name.
- On the Child Profile, click Edit.
- Enter the DAISY Child ID in Alt. ID and save.
- Continue these steps until all questionnaires have DAISY Child IDs saved. As you add new child profiles in the future, make sure to add DAISY Child IDs to avoid needing to complete these steps.
The above steps and screenshots were taken directly from ASQ Online. We blocked the names and identifiable information on the screen to protect the practitioners who volunteered to walk us through ASQ Online and their families. You will see actual names in these fields when you log into your account.
