What's New
- Annual Requirements Result Table and Filters: the result table for Annual Requirements now includes the program model and year. Additionally, year and document type was added to the search filters. These changes were made at request from users to make it easier for them to find the document they are looking for.
- County dropdown: when adding addresses for families, childcare providers, and sites, users now have the option to select from a pre-populated list of counties. This will prevent misspellings in the county field and easier reporting.
- Assessment Graphic Report (One-on-One): PIEL factors have been relabelled per recent updates by the developer.
Bugs Fixed
- Adding duplicate forms: when users were double clicking on the form name, two forms appeared. This has been fixed to prevent error messages and duplicate forms.
- Saving duplicate forms: when users were double clicking on the SAVE button, two forms were being saved. This have been fixed to prevent duplicate forms.
- Recurring visits, occurrences: a restriction has been added to prevent users from adding more than 100 recurring visits at a time. This is to prevent data entry errors where users enter the date in the occurrences field, resulting in millions of visits entered at a time.
- Program status filter (One-on-One): a bug was fixed that was causing the child result table to be blank when filtering and sorting by program status.
- Adding forms when program is completed: a restriction has been added to prevent users from adding forms when their program has already been completed.
- Assessment Excel Export (HBCC): a bug was fixed that was causing the Excel Export to time out when users were trying to run the report.
