What's New

• Reflection Record (1:1 model): The Reflection Record is available under the Form section for families. Adding Reflection Records to DAISY is optional. For more information: How do I add a Reflection Record for a visit?
• Assessment visit in scheduler: There is now an "Assessment" option in the scheduler to indicate if the visit was a visit where an assessment was completed. 

• Restrictions for closed programs: Users are no longer able to add forms to records with closed program statuses.
• Data Quality Excel Export created (HBCC model): Sites that run the HBCC model can now use the Data Quality Excel Report to check if they have met all the data entry goals, as reflected by ParentChild+ requirements.
• Data Quality Excel Export created (1:1 model): Sites that run the 1:1 model can now use the Data Quality Excel Report to check if they have met all the data entry goals, as reflected by ParentChild+ requirements. *The report has yet to include some updates like the PIEL form. 

Bugs Fixed

• Data Quality Excel Export updated (1:1 model): Cells under Data Entry Goal 17 Referrals weren't populating if there was no data entered. Now the cells will show values "NOT MET" or "MET".
• Participant Demographic Graphic Report updated (1:1 model): Data appearing in the Languages Spoken at Home and Languages Spoken in the Home Visit were previously using an old data collection field. This has been fixed.
• Participant Demographic Excel Export updated (1:1 model): Question 60 on the Family Information form has been added to the report. Additionally, values for Program Start Date and Program End Date were missing. These has been fixed.
• Assessment Excel Export (1:1 model): Decimals were added to values for the ASQ-3 section. Additionally, "Monitoring Zone" was updated to "Close to Cutoff".
• Site Information Excel Export: Values were missing for role start date and role end date. This has been fixed.
• Corrected program status (1:1 model): When assigning an ELS to family with a completed program status, the status was incorrectly updating to pending. This has been fixed.
• Calendar for intake date: The calendar for intake date on both the Family Information form and Provider Information form was cut off when using a smaller screen. This has been fixed.
• Provider Information form saving (HBCC model): There were three system errors that were preventing users from saving the form successfully that have been fixed:
  • Continuing to the next page on the Provider Information form when clicking Next was not working
  • Continuing to the next page on the Provider Information form when clicking Update & Next was resulting in duplicate records
  • The Provider Demographic section was not saving when clicking Update & Next
• Family Information form saving (1:1 model): There was a system error that resulted in duplicate family records when clicking Update & Next multiple times in a row. This has been fixed.
