What's New

• ASQ:SE-2 and PIEL-1 forms for One-on-One model: The ASQ:SE-2 and PIEL-1 are now ready under 'Forms'. You can now submit scores for all required assessments in DAISY.
• 'Help' section additions : In the dropdown menu under 'Help', users will now find links to 'How-to Guides' and 'Latest Updates'.

Bugs Fixed

• Adding forms with pending status: Users should not be able to add any forms to a child's or provider's profile anymore if status is pending. Please add a first visit in the schedule so the child or provider status moves from Pending to Enrolled.
• Assessment graphic report scores (HBCC): Scores for FCCERS and CCIS under the Assessment graphic report were maxed out at 4, but scores can be higher than 4. This is now fixed.
• Program implementation and Scheduling Data Excel Report (HBCC): A tab for program information (i.e. program start date and end date) was added to the Program Implementation and Scheduling Data Excel Report for the HBCC program.
• ASQ-3 month intervals restrictions removed: Users can now add more than one ASQ-3 form for the same month interval, by entering additional forms with the same month intervals as "Additional" Form Type. However, users can still only enter one Pre, one Mid, and one Post Form Types.
• ASQ-3 cutoff values relabeled: In order to match the language used in the ASQ-3 Information Summary Sheet, scores interpreted as "Monitoring Zone" were relabeled as "Close to Cutoff".
