What's New
- ASQ-3 and PICCOLO on Assessment Excel Export: ASQ-3 (entered in the ASQ-3 form) and PICCOLO raw data are now available on the Assessment Excel Export.
- ASQ-3 and PICCOLO and Assessment Graphic Report: ASQ-3 (entered in the ASQ-3 form) and PICCOLO data summaries are now available on the Assessment Graphic Report.
- PICCOLO score restrictions and automations: to reduce the number of data entry errors, we have made two changes to the PICCOLO form.
- Each domain now has a minimum and maximum value that can be entered into the field. For Affection, Responsiveness and Encouragement, valid values are 0-14. For Teaching, valid values are 0-16.
- The total PICCOLO score is now automatically calculated for you instead of manually being entered.
Bugs Fixed
- Assessment Excel Export for families: child id and mid assessment item scores were missing from the report. Those columns have now been added to the report.
- Special characters in passwords: to provide additional password options for users, we added ampersands (&) as a valid special character when creating a password.
- Administration date on FCCERS: the administration date was missing from the FCCERS form for childcare providers. It has now been added.
- Form type on FCCERS: the form type on the FCCERS form was out of order. It is now listed as "pre" and then "post" in the dropdown.
- Intake date for childcare providers: the intake date listed on the childcare provider list was not matching the intake date entered into the Provider Information form. This has been fixed.
- Saving edits on visit record for families: when making edits to the visit record, the edits were not successfully saving. This has been fixed.
- Deleting visit records for families: when trying to delete visits records, users were unable to delete successfully. This has been fixed.
