What's New

• Add ASQ-3 screener for families: The ASQ-3 screener template is now available to add to family records in the Form section. Users will be limited to adding one screener per month interval. Users will have the option to enter four different types: (1) pre, (2) mid, (3) post, and (4) additional. These four types are available for users who would like to report ASQ-3 data (with pre, mid, and post comparisons), as well as users who would like to enter all ASQ-3 screeners completed with the family (in this case, additional screeners than what is required by ParentChild+). 

• Add visit record for childcare providers: The visit record template is now available to add to childcare provider records in the Form section. Users must add a visit to the scheduler before adding the corresponding visit record. 

• #daisy Slack channel shortcut: we have added a shortcut to the #daisy Slack channel under Help.

Bugs Fixed

• Pre and post parent survey for childcare providers: all "before" and "after" program has been removed from the parent survey for childcare providers. This was done to remove unclear language found on both the pre and post versions of the survey.
• PICCOLO comments: comments entered into the PICCOLO form had a limited character count. This has been fixed so comments entered are no longer cut off.
• "Incomplete form" notification: the notification that alerts users to incomplete Family and Provider Information forms has been updated to only appear when required fields are incomplete.
