How do I reset my password?

In the case you have forgotten your account's password, you will have to reset it.

• Go to daisydata.org
• Click Forgot Password?

• Type in your email address that is associated with your account.

• Check your inbox for a reset password email. In the email, click RESET MY PASSWORD.

• Type in your new password. A valid password has a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters. Confirm your new password by re-entering it.

• Log into your account.

If you did not receive an email from [e-mail] after following the steps above, please contact your agency's IT support to make sure [e-mail] is added to your approved senders list.
