Bugs fixed
- Email notifications (Family model): We’ve rolled out several improvements to the new email notifications deployed last month. Thank you to everyone who reported issues, and for your patience and understanding as we continue to fine-tune the notification system.
Fixes included in this update:
Corrected parent measure links: Links under parent measures now take you directly to the family’s form section, rather than an incorrect screen.
Resolved incorrect “missing” flags: Families were sometimes flagged as missing referrals or visits when that wasn’t the case. This logic has been corrected.
Updated parent measure checks: Notifications were previously checking for parent measures for each parent. Since our data collection protocol requires only one per family, the notification has been updated accordingly.
Updated identifiers: Removed adult ID and adult name fields and replaced them with child ID and child name, so users can easily find the parent measure that is missing.
Provider deletion (HBCC model): Users can now successfully delete providers in “pending” status.
Data coordinator access (HBCC model): Data coordinators are now able to view provider schedules and add visits as intended.
Assessment report corrections (Family model): Follow-up action steps from the ASQ:SE-2 are now correctly pulled into the Assessment Report.
ASQ form saving issue resolved (Family model): “Provides activities and rescreen in ___ months” field now save properly when editing ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 forms.
